What a neat interview! I enjoyed listening to Carter's philosophy on how he built a successful practice with the partner team. I like how our collective goal is to provide great quality and service to our clients, and we are all working together to grow our knowledge, connect more dots and improve ourselves, with one key result being delivering better quality and service to our clients. Round and round we go! Constant self-improvement and servant leadership really resonated with me.

The connect the dots portion of the video mirrored what I experienced when I began working here. What I learned at school began to make a whole lot more sense once I had practical applications to apply it to. The knowledge I gained in college, then here at HeimLantz all began to build on itself. It seemed like I learned more here in 6 months of work than I did in 4 years of college, but now I see that the work just helped to connect the dots.
