Community Involvement
The Team Members of HeimLantz are involved in many different community organizations, both as a group and individually.
The group has spent several afternoons putting together bag lunches to deliver to the Light House Shelter in Annapolis. They organized and delivered food and supplies for the new Light House Shelter facility. This year they are a Silver Sponsor for the Annapolis Run for Shelter, Half Marathon.
During the holidays the group collected clothing, food, and toys and delivered them to the women and children at the House of Ruth.
HeimLantz is proud of the involvement of its team members as leaders, as well as members of local clubs of Rotary International, (www.rotary.org). Tom Lantz, Sr. is Past President of the Upper Marlboro (formerly Southern Prince George’s County, MD) Club and is a Past-Director and a current member of the Alexandria, VA Club, (www.alexandriarotary.org). He is a 5th level Paul Harris Fellow, and his wife, Gigi, is a 4th level Paul Harris Fellow. Carter Heim is a Past President and former member of the Parole – Annapolis, MD Club (www.parole-rotary.org). Kathie Sulick is a member and past Treasurer of the Parole – Annapolis, MD Club.
In addition to being a Past President of the Parole – Annapolis, MD Club, Dave Hillery has worked in various positions for Rotary District 7620, including two separate terms as the District’s Treasurer. He is a Rotary International Foundation Major Donor and is currently his club’s Foundation Giving Chairman.
Rotaract Clubs provide Rotary experience to young professionals at the early part of their careers. Zack Greene is the current Treasurer of the Annapolis Rotaract Club.
Kathi Lynch is President of the Hillsmere PTA.
Debbie Chamberlain is President of the Twin Hills Community Association.
