Carter Heim recently presented Succession Planning and Business Valuation Considerations to the Annapolis Executive Forum. A group of seven business owners and Carter engaged in an active, free flowing dialog regarding the topic for about 90 minutes. The participants left with an understanding of various factors that drive the value of their businesses and ideas about how to plan for succession.
