An Update on Office Procedures

What Payment Method does HeimLantz prefer?
During this time we strongly recommend making your payment online by selecting the PAY MY BILL option on our firm website, www.HeimLantz.com or EFT payments (bank instructions provided upon request). If you are not able to make your payment electronically, we will still accept checks, but we may experience a delay with the mail services. Checks can be mailed to 180 Admiral Cochrane Drive, Suite 520, Annapolis , MD 21401. If you experience any difficulties or delays making your payment, please contact me at kathi.lynch@heimlantz.com or (443) 603-1802. We will work through your situation.
 

Office Operations

We are committed to delivering a great client experience while maintaining the safety of our team and our guests. Our offices are open M-F 8:30-5pm but to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we have limited staff on site. Please contact your accountant or the office directly to schedule an in-person meeting, teleconference or video conference or to inquire about extended tax season hours and office health safety protocols and procedures.
