Local public accounting and business advisory firm, HeimLantz, is pleased to share that Carter Heim, firm President, recently had the opportunity to attend the 2017 Scale Up Growth Summit in Berlin, Germany, May 9th and 10th.

The 2017 Scale Up Growth Summit allowed attendees the opportunity to learn from world-class thought leaders and discover practical tools and methods to help drive business growth and improve development. Speakers at the conference included Verne Harnish, founder of Gazelles and author of Scaling Up and Greg Brennemann, founder of CCMP Capital. Gazelle’s International Coaches offer small- and medium-sized companies the education they need to improve their organizations using the Four Decisions Framework, focusing on People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash.

As founder and President of HeimLantz, Carter Heim holds over 30 years of experience serving businesses, owners, and organizations. He specializes in innovative planning, litigation support, income taxation, estate taxation, business valuation, and business and financial planning. A native of Baltimore, Carter holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Carter is currently going through certification training to become a certified Gazelles International Coach.
