HeimLantz is pleased to announce that Diane Brewer, CPA, has completed a graduate class in Foreign Taxation at the University of Baltimore in Maryland. This class offered Diane the opportunity to dive deeper into U.S. tax policies—how the law impacts foreign tax credits for individuals and how to apply foreign taxpayers’ earned income to businesses in the U.S.
“We are very proud of Diane for her accomplishment in this area, we love to support our team members in their pursuits of higher education opportunities,” said Carter Heim, CPA and President of HeimLantz. “The additional experience gained by Diane through this course will be a benefit to both clients and the firm as a whole.”
Diane holds a double Bachelor’s degree in business and economics with a concentration in accounting from Lehigh University and is a licensed CPA in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. She has been with HeimLantz since 2005 and presently serves as a Senior Accounting Manager. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). Diane is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Tax at the University of Baltimore.
