“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.” -Jim Rohn.
Loyalty is important to Myiesha. She devoted nine years to serving in management at Checkers before choosing to make a career change into the accounting field. Now she channels her loyalty into working with her teammates and serving her clients to the very best of her abilities. Accounting runs in Myiesha’s family—her aunts, mother, uncle, and a cousin all studied the subject. Myiesha’s love for numbers made it a clear choice for her.
Myiesha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2020 and joined the HeimLantz team in 2021. She currently serves as a staff accountant. In addition to her work with the firm, Myiesha is currently in graduate school; she is pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration with the goal of meeting the requirements for sitting for the CPA exam.
Raised in Lexington Park, Maryland, Myiesha currently lives in Great Mills with her three children—two girls and one boy. When Myiesha isn’t busy couponing, she loves spending time with her family, exercising, and reading. Her favorite book is The Power of Self Discipline by Brian Tracy. Maintaining self-discipline is an important goal for Myiesha—she strives to set tough goals for herself then stick with them and, ultimately, achieve them.
