HLZ Best Places To Work 2026

HeimLantz is honored to announce it has once again been recognized as one of Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. This annual award honors firms across the country that have created outstanding workplace cultures and employee experiences.

The recognition continues a history of honors for HeimLantz from Accounting Today and reflects the firm’s longstanding commitment to making lives better, not only for its clients and communities, but for the people who make up the HeimLantz team.

“After more than a decade at HeimLantz, I’ve learned that a great place to work is about more than the work you do, it’s about the people you do it with. I’m grateful for the supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and positive relationships I’ve built over the years. HeimLantz truly values its people, and I’m proud to be part of a team that encourages collaboration, growth, and excellence.”

—Shannon Lamon, Senior Associate

The Best Accounting Firms to Work For program evaluates participating firms through a two-part survey process. Nearly 200 firms nationwide participated in 2026. The evaluation combined an employer assessment of workplace policies and practices with an employee survey measuring overall employee experience. Final rankings were based on the combined results of both assessments.

For HeimLantz, the recognition reinforces a belief that a strong firm starts with a strong team. By creating an environment where people are supported, challenged to grow, and encouraged to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients, HeimLantz continues to foster a culture where people can build rewarding, lasting careers.

HeimLantz is proud to be recognized among the 2026 Best Accounting Firms to Work For, and even prouder of the people who make that recognition possible.

The full ranked list will be featured on the Accounting Today website in early September and in the publication’s print edition.
