Annmarie is dedicated and persistent. She strives to develop a deep knowledge of each of her clients’ tax situations in order to best serve them, and her long-term goal is always to maximize tax advantages. Annmarie spent four years living in Japan, which helped her develop the ability to learn the intricacies and mindset of a different culture—lessons she applies to her client relationships. Her love of logic and detail translates well into the accounting field, which is why she chose to pursue a career in the profession and why she enjoys what she does.
Known for her years of professional tax experience and dedication to providing quality service, Annmarie is a great asset to the HeimLantz team. Her primary responsibilities include reviewing individual and fiduciary tax returns. She also prepares and reviews tax returns for businesses and has experience performing reviews and audits. Annmarie is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
Annmarie was previously with HeimLantz before leaving the firm in 2024. She returned to HeimLantz in 2026 and continues to bring strong expertise and a client-focused approach to the team.
Prior to joining HeimLantz, Annmarie spent two years as a Staff Accountant with Knowles & Edge and four years as a Senior Staff Accountant with Bishop Farmer & Co.
Raised in Pensacola, Florida, Annmarie currently lives in Annapolis with her husband, Sam. Together they have two daughters, with whom they love to spend time. Annmarie enjoys almost everything Annapolis has to offer, but particularly likes the history and the water. Outside of the office, she likes to spend her time reading and cooking.
