Sophal Say joined HeimLantz in 2026 as an Operations Associate. In her role, she supports the firm’s day-to-day operations by providing front desk, administrative, and operational support to team members throughout the firm. Sophal enjoys taking on new projects and finding innovative ways to improve processes and workflows. She is known for her attention to detail, willingness to help others, and confidence in tackling new challenges while asking thoughtful questions to continue learning. Her positive attitude and adaptable approach make her a valued member of the operations team.
Before joining HeimLantz, Sophal built a strong foundation in business and customer service that prepared her for a fast-paced operations environment. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix, where she developed the organizational and communication skills that continue to serve her in her professional career.
Sophal attributes her success to maintaining a positive attitude, embracing adaptability, setting meaningful goals, and continuously pursuing knowledge. She believes that personal and professional growth comes from a willingness to learn, asking thoughtful questions, and approaching every opportunity with confidence and determination.
Sophal resides in Price George’s County, Maryland, and enjoys the area’s convenience and accessibility. Outside the office, she enjoys photography, arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors on nature walks.
