Zack’s profound business expertise stems from his long history of helping clients in a variety of industries accomplish their goals. Seamlessly integrating his abilities as a CPA and an Executive Team Coach, he views a business’s past, present, and future through a strategic lens—he truly understands the importance of having a balance between great culture and a profitable company.
As a result of his impressive aptitude for coaching and developing people, Zack was chosen to head the HeimLantz Talent Development Program. In this capacity, his responsibilities include spearheading the professional development of more than 50 team members across three locations and leading the firm’s Executive Team Coaching business unit.
As a 7 Attributes of Agile Growth® Certified Executive Coach, Zack assists business leaders in building and executing their plans. He serves as a mentor and coach to many clients while pursuing his passion of helping clients build great teams and sustainable businesses. He seeks to work with leadership teams committed to change, learning, and investing in the future.
Zack currently lives in Arnold, Maryland with his wife, Cory, and their three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, playing his guitar, camping, fishing, and skiing.
