Get to Know Chi
If Chi had superpowers, she would choose invisibility.
Her favorite toy as a child was any type of puzzle.
Two things on Chi’s bucket list are learning to play piano and visiting Crater Lake.
As a paraplanner and assistant in the firm’s wealth management department, Chi acts as an important resource for advisors in the firm.
A dependable professional, Chi describes herself as a “numbers person.” She chose to pursue a career in accounting because she is passionate about personal finance. Chi attributes her career success, in part, to the steady support of her husband, her mom for teaching her to be independent, and her dad for believing in her. Chi’s favorite quote is a good embodiment of her personality: “Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’”
As a military spouse, Chi learned to adapt and see things in different perspective. Moving every few years can be stressful and daunting. Chi believes in looking at the challenge as a new chapter in your life, and finding the new opportunities, and growth, each place will bring.
Chi and her husband, Nathan, both grew up in Lacey, Washington. They now reside in Gambrills, Maryland with their two daughters, Gabrielle, and Amelia. Chi enjoys living in the Annapolis area because of its rich history and inviting community. In her free time, Chi’s hobbies include tennis and photography.
