She seeks to identify and prioritize the obstacles that her clients face, then work with them to find solutions. Ferzana’s favorite quote (above) is one that she lives by. To her, it means that she will be successful if she learns from the challenges and changes she encounters. She believes that success comes to those who take charge and take action.
With an extensive background in customer service, Ferzana is well equipped to serve as HeimLantz’s IT Support Manager. Prior to joining the firm, she spent eight years as an Assistant Manager at Best Buy, one year as a legal assistant, and one year as a Customer Service Rep II/Supervisor in a bank. Throughout the course of her professional career, Ferzana received numerous awards and recognitions for providing exceptional service and going above and beyond for customers.
Born and raised in Albany, New York, Ferzana moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in high school then relocated to McLean, Virginia. She loves her current home for its breathtaking scenery and great dining options. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her family in North Carolina, exploring the city, and checking out the local monuments and historic sites.
