The local public accounting and business advisory firm, HeimLantz, is pleased to announce the additions of Lynn Roy and Yvette Sosa to their professional team.
Lynn Roy joined the HeimLantz team, part-time effective July 20, as an outsourced accountant. She brings with her six years of experience as a financial specialist with the US Army and 15 years of experience as a financial manager with a law firm. Yvette Sosa also serves the firm as an outsourced accountant, and began fulltime role with HeimLantz on August 10. Her experience includes serving as a controller for several companies, including ten years at Hargrove, Inc. She has experience in month and year-end close, Wayfair Act compliance, and financial reporting.
“I am very excited to welcome Lynn and Yvette to the HeimLantz team,” said Tommy Lantz, HeimLantz CFO. “The experience and technical know-how that they bring to the firm are incredibly valuable. They are fantastic additions to our team.”
Currently a student, Lynn is in pursuit of an accounting degree with the goal of earning her CPA designation.
Yvette earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
Both Yvette and Lynn reside in Maryland.
