On Wednesday, December 5th, HeimLantz CPAs and Advisors hosted their second annual open house event. More than 100 members of the community attended the event to enjoy the holiday festivities. Guests and team members had the opportunity to network, tour the office, and enjoy drinks and refreshments over the course of the evening.
HeimLantz focused this year’s event on their firm’s purpose, “Making Lives Better.” From December 1 through December 11, HeimLantz hosted a community toy drive for the Toys for Tots Charity. Each year, the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program makes it possible for children from low income families to receive new toys during the holiday season. HeimLantz was able to raise more than $700 worth of gifts for children in need this holiday.
“A big thank you to all our clients and friends who were able to attend our open house this year,” said Carter Heim, CPA, president of HeimLantz. “We welcome any opportunity to open our doors and connect with friends, old and new. Our firm prides itself in our efforts to support our community both in and outside of the office and, this year’s toy drive was a perfect example of that. Our purpose is never seasonal – we strive to make lives better each and every day. We are honored at the opportunity to donate so much to such a worthy cause.”
