An Update on Office Procedures

We would like to share an update on how HeimLantz is responding to the rapidly changing environment caused by the continued spreading of coronavirus (COVID19).  At HeimLantz we feel well prepared to maintain our services to our clients, but we acknowledge there will be adjustments needed along the way as we, along with the rest of the country, navigate these unprecedented times. We highly value your business and we appreciate your patience with us during these disrupted times.

Our priority is the health and safety of our team, clients, and our communities. With safety as our primary concern, effective Monday 16th, 2020 all HeimLantz team members will be working remotely until further notice.

Although we expect to have at least one person in each office to receive packages and mail, as well as to facilitate work between our people and our clients, we are limiting in-person meetings. We are encouraging the use of telephone or video conferencing when meeting with our team.

As the situation is quickly changing, we are closely monitoring updates shared by our local and state governments which may necessitate the full closures of one or all of our offices.

A virtual working environment is something our team is very comfortable with and in many cases is consistent with the way we have been working with many of our clients for years. However, we appreciate that this will be new for some of our clients and we will work diligently to assist with this transition and reduce disruptions.

We want to thank you for being flexible, innovative and for partnering with us to protect our team members, our clients and our communities.

A few items to note:

  • The methods of reaching us remain the same – our email addresses and phone numbers have not changed.
  • We remain dedicated to our client relationships. If we need to adjust how an engagement is approached due to your changing requirements or ours, we’re committed to being nimble and collaborative.
  • The security of your information is a priority of ours. Please speak to a team member to ensure that when you are sharing your information with us digitally that it is done in a secure manner.
  • We continue to monitor pending legislation that may present unique opportunities to our clients during these challenging times.

We are grateful for the trust you have placed with us. Please contact your HeimLantz team member with any questions or needs. We hope you and your family remain safe and healthy.
